This module will introduce challenges faced when working with people who have been displaced due to climate change. Whatever stage of your career, as a practicing occupational therapist you will have developed skills and knowledge that you apply every day. Participate in a virtual experience to navigate a 3-D village to understand challenges faced when working with people displaced by climate change. Three additional short microlearning courses complement the content to develop occupational therapy resources specific to work practices associated in resettling climate migrants.
Participants will need to create an account on WFOT Learning and sign up for the course. While the course is offered for free, WFOT encourages participants to make a financial donation. Donations enable WFOT to develop learning resources for the benefit of the global community.
